What age children do we care for?

     We enroll children ages 6 weeks to 6 years of age. We also have school age Summer Camp for children who are finished with Kindergarten through ten years of age.  

What is the tuition rate?

Full time rates are as follows and includes breakfast, lunch, and snack:

          Infants 6 weeks to 18 months               $220 weekly      

          Toddlers to 36+ months/not yet potty trained    $195 weekly     

          Preschoolers 36 months AND fully potty trained     $160         $110 part time limited availability

          Summer Camp for School age children (out of K)  $155         $110 part time limited availability

Do we have any financial aid programs or accept vouchers?

We have a great referral program where enrolled families can earn substantial tuition credits for the referral and enrollment of new families. Details on this program can be found in the hallway display near the office. We believe our customers are our best advertisers and are happy to rewards you for talkeng about your great Agape experience.

We accept a limited number of vouchers from Butler and Hamilton County and have the ability to contract with other counties to meet your individual needs. Please request the policies and procedures regarding vouchers and finances in addition to the parent packet.

What are our hours and operating days?

We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Late fees will be charged for late pickups.

What holidays are we closed?

Our list of holidays is in the parent Packet.

What opportunities do parents have to participate?

We are always happy to have parents participating in the lives of their children! Parents may volunteer to read in the classrooms, provide birthday treats and/or party items on their child's birthday, go on field trips with us, and provide classroom support as is invited by each individual teacher. We also have a Christmas and Spring Graduation program followed by a fellowship time for families, Sunday disciplineship and other small group opportunities available through our church, Dayspring.
